Terms & Conditions

1.1 Project. The Client is hiring Indie Author Central to do the following: Create a book trailer. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing images and/or videos to compile a video inspired by the client’s book blurb, cover image, descriptions, and any other material that is provided by the client.

1.2 Fees. Due to the complexity and time required to complete your trailer, Clients are allowed up to three change requests. Any changes above this limit, will be charged at $10US per change.

1.3 Responsibility. Once the Client is satisfied with the work provided, the trailer and any other work will be uploaded via a cloud. Clients are given two months to download and save the content before it is removed. IAC will not be held responsible for holding the work provided any longer than this period.

1.4 Ownership. The Client has full ownership of the trailer and/or any other work provided through the Author Promo Packs.

1.5 Payment. Upfront payment in full is required to secure your project. Payment can only be made via Paypal. 

1.6 Content. The images, videos and sounds are sourced via copyright free websites such as Pixabay and Unsplash. In rare cases, included content may come with an attribution clause which may require recognition made out to the creator. In this instance, your trailer may include an attribution in the form of a short credit slide at the end of the trailer.

1.7 Sales. Author Promo Packs do not guarantee sales. IAC will not be held responsible for any marketing of the work provided.

1.8 Contact. Indie Author Central will respond to emails within 72 business hours, unless there are extenuating circumstances such as a personal or family emergency, natural disaster, or other event that prevents a response within a reasonable amount of time.
